Gold Corp Points (GCP) are given out for investing in the Corp. Upon investing, half of your investment is immediately turned into GCP, while the remaining half will be added in three months from the time of investment. Their value increases once the total investment amount reaches a certain point. These points cannot be traded in for normal Corp Points, nor can normal Corp Points be traded in for GCP.
Gold Corp Points can be used for:
- Cashing out in the event you want a refund
- Reduction in price for items made by the Corp. You must use a whole GCP when using them in this manner.
- Use in conjunction with Corp Points for further reduction in price
GCP may also be traded between players, but must be confirmed by both parties.
You are NOT allowed to use GCP in the form of lottery tickets. Your GCP will be voided if you are removed from the corp for any reason, and will be removed without return if you are gone for longer than three months without notice.
Once your investment reaches a maturity of three months, along with your gold corp points, you will receive 5% of your investment back in the form of ISK. The 5% return is based on the amount of gold corp points still remaining at the time of maturity.
